Lee Evans

Lee’s painting style is probably best described as impressionistic representative. She strives to portray accurately the beauty she sees in every day flowers, items and places. She starts all paintings by separating the light from the shadow and designing an interesting composition.  Her favourite medium is oil paint. She loves the buttery texture and the challenge of keeping the colours true to the subject by painting wet into wet.  She feels fortunate to love her art and will always feel the drive to keep learning and practising this fascinating subject.
