Anne Martin

Anne enjoys painting in oil and watercolour and, more recently, has begun exploring acrylic.  Her inspiration derives from the Scottish landscape in all seasons, including outdoor compositions and flowers.  She is keen to develop her life drawing and portrait skills and has attended a number of classes over the years at Glasgow School of Art, Harbour Arts Centre in Irvine and at Ayr College.  The Scottish Colourists, the Impressionists and Turner are artists from whom she derives great pleasure.
