Information submitted through the join form

If you submit a membership application, the details you enter are emailed to Ayr Sketch Club so that an officer can respond. The website does not add those details to its database.

The club may retain the resulting email and use the supplied details to deal with your application and, if you become a member, to administer your membership. The details are not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

Cookies

The website uses a necessary session cookie for form security, the password-protected members area and administration. It expires when the browser session ends. The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
